By submitting this form, I agree that Too Cool Apparel will setup, host and manage a secure online eCommerce store featuring items with our logo and designs. Too Cool Apparel will collect all funds, handle all credit card transactions and fulfill all orders. Depending on sales volume, proceeds to our organization will be calculated and paid monthly or quarterly, or at the end of a time-specific sale. I agree to promote the Spirit Sale site through our marketing channels, such as Social Media, Newsletters and Emails. Too Cool Apparel is not responsible for the marketing of the Spirit Sale site.

Our organization will have the opportunity to select the desired fundraising profit on each item prior to the site going live and being promoted.

Due to the ongoing supply chain issues, Too Cool Apparel can substitute items when necessary to fulfill an order. Too Cool Apparel will do their best to replace the item with an item that is similar in color and style.
